Meet the Founders

Alla Arutcheva has spent more than a decade in the advertising industry working on a variety of global brands. Her work spans brand storytelling, content strategy, photography, directing, and production. With a background in agency environments and independent creative work, Alla leads the studio’s narrative and visual execution, shaping ideas from concept through final delivery.

Geri-Lynn Cesar brings over a decade of experience in mental health, education, and nonprofit work to the studio’s approach. As a consultant, educator, and wardrobe stylist, her work focuses on identity, self-expression, and communication. Geri supports individuals, brands, and organizations in clarifying who they are and how they show up.
